I want to get killifish for my Indonesian biotope but I don’t know any breeds from there can anyone give me some ideas?

The genera Aplocheilus and Pachypanchax are from south east Asia, but not Indonesia. There are no Killifish native (or even introduced) in Indonesia, but if you’d be willing to expand to an Asian biotope, the two above genera would work. This includes the Killis known as Panchax.

EDIT: Depending on where you get them, they could cost anywhere from to about . The American Killifish Association has a good list of members selling Killis or their dried eggs: http://www.aka.org/UserFiles/File/felpdfs/currAKAFEL.pdf And yes, Aplocheilus panchax is an Asian Killifish.

    i suggest you get a Golden Wonder Killifish or Striped Panchax Killifish.The grow to about 10 cms and are very hardy.
