Question by Pumpkin: Do blue panchax killifish need to be in groups or kept singly?
I got one and he/she seems awfully alone. Do they prefer groups or are they aggressive toward each other?

How big is the tank? I’ve had success keeping them both ways, and have even had them breed on more than one occassion in community tanks. They can get a little feisty towards one another at times, so make sure there’s some cover on the surface, in the form of fake or live floating plants, and some space.

   because they are small. schools or other fish with them like them.

   they are a family fish. so get him or her a few friends
