Sharks may nip a bit the guppy tail or maybe kill them in some cases. If we take red-tail shark for example, this fish can be territorial and if you have a small aquarium (less than 50 gal. ) this might kill your fish especially the guppies. my advice is buy 1 if your tank is bigger than 50 gal.

    Bala sharks AKA silver sharks are beautiful and placid, ive had them with my guppies BUT they do get quite big and need like 55 gallons or at least 200Litres for just one. Rainbow sharks and red tailed sharks are AWFUL!!! They are WAY too aggresive and are NOT recommended. I dont think sharks are the best go with guppies but you could always experiment? Tell us how it goes, Angel!!

    Ps. Guppys are Sooooooooooooooooooo Beautiful!!!! = )
